Some problems do not lend themselves to easy, quick solutions. They are so deeply rooted that you feel them to be a part of yourself, or at least you know them as unwelcome companions on your journey. They might manifest as depression, anxiety, or failed relationships. Maybe they lie in wait, eventually seeping into your life as self-defeat or inexplicable anger. Whatever the result, you know in your bones that something is not right, that something has to change.

Addressing such long-standing problems often involves meeting with me once or more per week. My goals are to help you better understand and soften your shame and fear, unearth your sense of wholeness, and strengthen your capacity to form close, meaningful relationships.
